California LifeLine Service Face-To-Face

Sometimes, you just want to talk to someone face-to-face when you’re dealing with your California LifeLine phone. That’s why we’re opening storefronts throughout California. You can find a list of what stores are open on our website.

Talking to someone, face-to-face is something that’s disappearing from our society. It’s an experience that can’t be replicated over the phone or through the Internet. Face-to-face communication is something that allows us to use our non-verbal communication to really express ourselves. Think that doesn’t matter? Pay attention to how much you use your hands to explain things next time you’re on the phone. It happens more than you realize.
