You don't have to leave your home to sign-up for a FREE phone through Budget Mobile Lifeline.

Budget Mobile Lifeline cell phone program has NO CONTRACTS and offers nationwide coverage.

If you receive government benefits from any of the following programs, you're eligible for a free phone and free minutes every month.
  • Annual Income
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
  • Federal Housing Assistance (Section 8)
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
  • Food Stamps
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
  • Medicaid
  • National School Lunch (free program only)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
  • Tribally-Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Lifeline cell phones through Budget Mobile are available throughout the entire state of North Dakota, including the following cities:
