Welfare Phones Free in Missouri for Eligible Participants of the Lifeline Program

If you live within the state of Missouri and are on Welfare, Budget Mobile Lifeline would like to help you receive a free government assisted cell phone.  Qualified customers may be eligible for 250 free minutes and a free phone through the federal Lifeline program!

With the Budget Mobile Lifeline phone, you receive a free phone, 250 free minutes every month--automatically, nationwide coverage, caller ID, call waiting, and voicemail to stay in touch with family, friends, employers, child care providers, emergency services, medical professionals and many more!

Lifeline phones are available in the entire state of Missouri, including cities such as Kansas City, St Louis, Springfield and Independence.

Budget Mobile is limited to one phone per household and cannot be combined with any other Lifeline offering.  All applicants will need to submit proof of government assistance in order to complete enrollment. Budget offers many easy ways to submit proof including mail, email, text, fax to complete the sign up process.
