North Dakota: Lifeline Cells Now Available through Budget Mobile

Listen up residents of North Dakota!  The Lifeline Cell Phone program is now available from Budget Mobile.

For eligible customers, a free phone with free minutes to low income families and individuals in ND. Qualified customers will receive a free cell phone and 250 free minutes every month through the Government assisted Lifeline program.  Visit to find out more about the Lifeline program.

Eligible programs include household income that is 135% below the federal poverty level or participation in one of the following federal or state programs:

Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
Federal Housing Assistance (Section 8)
Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
Food Stamps
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
National School Lunch (free program only)
Supplemental Security Income
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Tribally-Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
